赛乐特联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

目的探讨心理、精神因素在消化性溃疡中的影响，以及赛乐特在治疗消化性溃疡中的作用。方法将62例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组，入组标准：汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分≥20分，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分≥14分．治疗组31例，应用赛乐特20mg qd，奥美拉唑40rag加入生理盐水100ml静滴qd；对照组31例，单用奥美拉唑40rag加入生理盐水100ml静滴qd；疗程均为4周，其中奥美拉唑前两周静滴，后两周改为口服。结果赛乐特组溃疡愈合率94．12％，对照组67．74％，差异有显著性（p〈0．05）；赛乐特组治疗4周后抑郁、焦虑等躯体、精神症状评分结果与治疗前比较，差异亦有显著意义（p〈0．01）结论心理、精神因素在消化性溃疡的发病中起重要作用，加用赛乐特利于加快溃疡的愈合。

Observation of the clincal effect of Seroxat and Omeprazole in Treatment of peptic ulcer

objective TO Study the clincal effect of the psychology and psychic factor in peptic ulcer,and Seroxat in Treatment of peptic ulcerMethods Put 62 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups The treatment group and the control group （Hamilton depression scale ≥20 scores Hamilton Anxiety scale ≥14 scores）, The 31 patients put up treatment group , everyone took Seroxat 20 mg/d ,intravenous infusion of Onaeprazole 40mg/d with ,ddition of normal saline 100ml the 31 patients of control group only intravenous infusion of Omeprazole 40mg/d with addition of normal saline 10Oral The observation last for 4 weeks ,the first two weeks intravenous infusion of Omeprazole ,the last two weeks Omeprazole was p.o. Results the healing rate in treatment group （88.2%） was higher than that in control group （60.3%） （p〈0.05）,after 4 weeks of treatment ,,,the anxiety and depression of patients in trentment group decreased greatly （p〈0.01）Conclusion Psychological factors play an important part in treatment of peptic ulcer Seroxat is also effective in treating peptic ulcer
