摘    要:目的探讨事件相关电位(ERPs)在注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童综合干预中的应用。方法31名ADHD儿童于综合干预6个月前后行ERPsP300测定及Conners量表评估,观察干预前后的变化;比较ADHD儿童P300与36名正常儿童(对照组)的差异。结果干预前ADHD组P300较对照组潜伏期延长,波幅下降(P<0.05)。干预后ADHD组P300较干预前潜伏期缩短,波幅增高;Conners量表分较干预前降低(P<0.01)。ADHD组P300潜伏期与Conners量表分之间成正相关关系(r=0.32,P<0.05)。结论ERPsP300与适当的神经心理学测验联合使用,可为ADHD儿童的严重程度、综合干预效果的动态观察提供客观、灵敏的电生理学指标。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of event related potentials (ERPs) in the comprehensive intervention for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children. Methods P 300 of ERPs and Conners' measuring scale were tested in 31 children with ADHD before and 6 months after comprehensive intervention. At the same time, P 300 was tested in 36 healthy children as control. Results In the children with ADHD, the P 300 latency was longer and amplitude was lower than those in the healthy children before comprehensive intervention (P<0.05). The P 300 latency shortened, amplitude heightened, and the score of Conners' measuring scale reduced after comprehensive intervention compared with before it (P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between the P 300 latencies and the scores of Conners' measuring scale in the children with ADHD (r=0.32,P<0.05). Conclusion P 300 of ERPs, which was used in a combination with reasonable neuropsychological tests, can provide an objective and sensitive electrophysiological index for evaluating the damage degree and dynamically observing the effects of comprehensive intervention on the children with ADHD.
