热淋清联合野菊花栓对尿道炎后前列腺炎的治疗

目的：探讨热淋清联合野菊花栓治疗尿道炎后前列腺炎的疗效和不良反应.方法：对80例经门诊确诊的本病患者,随机分为并用组和对照组,并用组口服热淋清并用野菊花栓纳肛,对照组仅用野菊花栓纳肛,疗程均为1个月.结果：并用组总有效率67.5%,对照组总有效率42.5%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组发生不良反应均为轻度且持续较短时间.结论：热淋清联合野菊花栓对尿道炎后前列腺炎的疗效优于单用野菊花栓.

Effect of combination of relinqing with wild chrysanthemum suppository in treatment of Post-urethritis prostatitis

Objective:To study the efficiency and adverse effect of combination of Relinqing with wild chrysanthem um suppository in the treatment of post-urethritis prostatitis.Methods:80 outpatients from Jan 2003 to Dec 2003 were randomly divided into 2 groups.Relinqing was administrated and wild chrysanthem um suppository was used locally in 40 study group patients,while wild chrysanthem um suppository was used locally in 40 control group patients.The treatment period was 1 month.Results:The total effective rates were 67.5 in the study group and 42.5 in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse effects of the two groups were both slightly and transient.Conclusions:The therapy combining relining with wild chrysanthem um suppository in treatment of post-arthritis prostatis has a better efficiency than wild chrysanthem um suppository.
