| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CEA、CA125和CA724联合检测对肠癌的诊断价值。方法用电化学发光法测定212例肠道肿瘤患者(肠癌112例、良性肿瘤100例)血清的CEA、CA125和CA724水平,并与116例健康者作对照。结果肠癌患者CEA、CA125和CA724水平明显著高于正常对照组和良性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。CEA、CA125和CA724联合检测可明显提高肠癌阳性检出率。结论 CEA、CA125和CA724联合检测对肠癌的诊断有重要参考价值,弥补了单项检测的不足。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of intestinal cancer combined detection of the CEA, CA125 and CA724. Methods Electricity chemiluminescence method to determine the intestinal cancer patients 212 cases （ 112 cases of colon cancer, benign tumor 100 cases） of the CEA, CA125 and CA724 serum level, and 116 cases of nolmal and as a control. Results Patients with eolorectal cancer CEA, CA125 and CA724 level significantly higher than normal controls and benign tumor group （P 〈 0. 05） . For patients with colorectal cancer CEA, CA125 and CA724 can obviously increase joint test positive for bowel cancer detectable rate. Conclusion CEA, CA125 and CA724 joint test in intestinal cancer diiagnosis has important reference value, to make up for the lack of a single test. |
