| 摘 要： | 专业化、制度化及常规化的活动场馆医疗保障团队的建设是顺利完成场馆医疗保障任务的前提。通过合理选择医疗保障团队成员的专科构成,进行必要的岗前培训与实战背景演练,建立高效负责的院内指挥机制并加强医疗团队的主动医疗保障意识,是建立合格的活动场馆医疗保障团队的有效方式。

| Abstract: | The specialization, institutionalization and routinization of the building of venue medical team is the premise of fulfilling the task of venue medical secnrity. Through arranging the professional constitution of medical team, conducting neces- sary pre-post training and practical drills and building efficient and responsible in-hospital chain of command, a eligible venue medical team can be built. |
