紫外谱线组图谱法研究大黄不同配伍的化学成分变化

摘    要:目的 研究大黄与黄连、桃仁、肉桂等配伍前后化学成分变化的总体效应.方法 用紫外谱线组图谱法分析大黄及其不同配伍水煎液的环己烷、氯仿和正丁醇3种有机溶剂萃取液各紫外吸收峰形、数目及峰值等.结果 大黄与不同中药配伍前后紫外谱线组图谱虽有一定的差别,但也有很多相似之处,具有一定规律可寻.结论 紫外谱线组图谱可宏观地反映大黄与不同中药配伍前后化学成分的整体变化.

Abstract:Objective To study the macro change of chemical constituents of Rhubarb before and after compound with Chinese goldthread rhizome,peach seed and Cinnamon. Methods The UV spectra of the solutions extracted by three kinds of solvents(cyclohexane,chloroform and butanol) from decoction of different compounds were determined. Results The group of UV spectra was different in brief,yet many analytic compounds were similar because they had the characteristics of single herb. Conclusion Group of UV spectra can reflect the change of chemical constituents among different compounds of Rhubarb on the whole.
