摘    要:肺癌的转移和复发是造成肺癌患者死亡的主要原因,肿瘤细胞的趋化迁移能力日益引起人们的关注,目前对于肿瘤趋化迁移能力的研究多趋向于肿瘤细胞趋化因子方面。CXCR4是目前研究最多的趋化因子,其导致肺癌转移的传导通路和调节机制还有待进一步阐明,合理设计以它们为靶点的药物,将为肺癌的治疗开创广阔的前景。

Abstract:Lung cancer metastasis and recurrence are the main reasons for the death of lung cancer patients, and chemotaxis migration ability of tumor cells have been arousing concern increasingly. At present, the research in chemotaxls migration ability of tumor cells tend to focus on tumor call chemotactic factor, among which CXCR4 is the mostly studied so far. However,the function of CXCR4 in the related pathway and the regulating mechanism of the lung cancer metastasis still need further research. The rational design of drugs with them as targets will widen the prospect of the treatment for lung cancer.
