| 摘 要： | 慢性乙型肝炎的发生及病情进展与机体免疫应答有密切的关系,在宿主免疫应答的同时,导致了肝细胞的损伤和病毒清除。白细胞介素21(IL-21)是新发现的一种细胞因子,具有一定的免疫调节作用。机体免疫功能紊乱,尤其是T细胞亚群和细胞因子之间的调节失衡与乙型肝炎病毒感染后慢性乙型肝炎的发生、发展关系密切。该文就IL-21在慢性乙型肝炎中的应用价值予以综述。

| Abstract: | The occurrence and progression of chronic hepatitis B have close relationship with immune responses. Host immune response induces damage of hepatocytes and viral clearance as well. IL-21 is a newly discovered cytokine, which plays a role in immune regulation. Immune dysfunction, especially the regulation imbalance between T cell subsets and cytokines,is closely associated with the occurrence, and progression of chronic hepatitis B. Here is to make a review of the application value of IL-21 in chronic hepatitis B. |
