摘    要:根据肿瘤生物学特征及其对机体的危害性,可将肿瘤分为良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤两大类。肿瘤细胞的浸润、转移是导致肿瘤患者预后不良,甚至死亡的主要原因,故恶性肿瘤是危害人类生命健康的元凶之一。近年来的研究发现,趋化因子及其受体信号通路在促进的肿瘤生长、转移中起着重要作用。以趋化因子受体为靶点的靶向治疗可能成为治疗肿瘤的新策略。该文主要阐述CXCL12/CXCR4、CCL21/CCR7、CCL20/CCR6等三种趋化因子及受体轴在促进肿瘤细胞生长、转移方面的作用及机制。

Abstract:According to the biocharacteristics of tumor and hazard on body, tumors can be divided into benign tumors and malignant tumors. Invasion and metastasis are the leading causes of poor prognosis and even death,so the malignant tumor is one of the main harms to people's life and health. Recent studies showed that chemokines and their receptors act as key regulators during the process of tumor cells prolifration and metastasis. Target chemokines receptors may be an important therapeutic strategy for cancer treatment. Here is to make a review of the molecular chemokines and their receptors such as the CXCL12/CXCR4 axis, CCL21/CCR7 axis and CCL20/CCR6 axis in the process of tumor growth and metastasis.
