IL-29表达与食管癌临床病理的相关性研究*

目的 探讨食管癌组织中新型干扰素lamda (interferon-λ, IFN-λ)家族成员之一白细胞介素-29(interleukin-29, IL-29)的表达与食管癌临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用免疫组化染色方法对79例食管癌根治术手术标本中IL-29进行检测,并探讨IL-29表达与食管癌的组织学分级、浸润深度及淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果 食管癌组织内的IL-29阳性细胞主要分布于癌旁交界区。食管癌中IL-29阳性表达与癌组织浸润深度呈负相关性(P <0. 05)，而与组织学分级及淋巴结转移差异无明显统计学意义 (P >0. 05)。结论 癌间质内IL-29表达与食管癌浸润深度有关。IL-29可能具有抑制食管癌生长的作用。IL-29的表达与食管癌的生物学行为有相关性，对食管癌患者预后评估有一定的参考价值。

Relationship between the Expression of IL-29 and Clinicopathology in esophageal carcinoma*

【Abstract】 Objectiv To investigate the relationship between IL-29 and clinical pathological properties of esophageal carcinoma. Methods Tumorous tissues from 79 patients with esophageal carcinoma were collected and stained with immunohistochemical technique. The histological grades, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis rate and IL-29 of these patients were analyzed. Results The cells with positive expression of IL-29 resided predominantly in the marginal area of the tumor. The positive expression of IL-29 was negatively correlated to the depth of tumor invasion of esophageal carcinoma but not to the differential degree and the lymph node metastasis. Conclusion There are some correlations between IL-29 and esophageal cancinoma biology. The expression of IL-29 may play an important role in preventing the invasion of esophageal cancinoma and may be of value to predict the prognosis of esophageal cancinoma.
