流行性出血热在实验动物中的传播与预防

目的：认识和重视流行性出血热在实验动物中的感染和传播，制定预防措施、保护实验人员健康。方法：对我省两起由实验室大白鼠感染、传播流行性出血热致使饲育人员发病情况进行调查。结果：抽查大白鼠130只，血清抗体阳性61只，阳性率47．2％，饲育人员15人，8人血清抗体阳性，阳性率53．3％，褐家鼠58只，血清抗体阳性3只，阳性率5．2％，饲育人员2人发病住院医治。结论：大白鼠对汉坦病毒敏感，一旦获得感染极易在大白鼠中传播，可成为实验工作人员感染本病的传染源。

TRANSMISSION AND PREVENTION OF EPIDEMIC HEMORRHAGE FEVER(EHF)IN THE LABORATORY ANIMAL

Objective:To realize the transmission of EHF in the laboratory animal and make the preventive measurements which can keep the people working in the laboratory from EHF. Methods: Two men worked in the laboratory were infected EHF in Sichuan.Results:Brown rats and rat-feeding worker in the laboratory were collected and were the antibodies in blood.Of 130 rats 58 brown rats and 15 rat-feeding worker,there were 61 rats,3 brown rats and 8 worker had the antibodies in blood.The positive rate were 47.2%, 5.2%and 53.3%.Conclusions:EHF is an infectious disease.It spreads in both mankind and animal.The virus of EHF is carried and transmitted by rats.The infected rats in laboratory can make the people working in laboratory infect EHF.To prevent the rats in laboratory from EHF,the efficient measurements must be made.
