肝动脉化疗栓塞联合全身化疗治疗肝转移性肿瘤的疗效分析（附58例报告）

目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞联合全身化疗治疗肝转移性肿瘤的疗效。方法回顾分析2004年1月至2009年12月我院6年来收治肝脏转移性肿瘤58例,原发病灶来源：大肠癌28例,胃癌18例,食管癌8例,小肠癌4例,经皮股动脉穿刺肝动脉化疗栓塞（TAE）,共118次治疗。联合全身化疗方案：大肠癌、小肠癌使用奥沙利铂,胃癌、食管癌使用紫杉醇。结果治疗后总有效率48.2%及半年、一年、二年的生存率分别为89.6%、55,2%、31.0%。结论肝动脉化疗栓塞联合全身化疗治疗是治疗肝脏转移性肿瘤重要手段,能达到病灶缩小,缓解症状,延长寿命,提高生活质量。

To evaluate efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of hepatic metastases (58 cases)

Objective To evaluate the hepatic artery chemoembolizationcombined withsystemic chemotherapy for metastatic tumor. Methods Retrospective analyse 58 cases of liver metastases from January 2004 to December 2009 in our hospital during 6 years,primary tumor origin：28 cases of colorectal cancer,18 cases of gastric cancer,8 cases of esophageal cancer,4 cases of small intestine cancer,femoral artery puncture and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （ TAE） are applied,a total of 118 treatment. Combined with systemic chemotherapy：Colorectal cancer,small intestine using oxaliplatin,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer using pa-clitaxel. Results The total effective rate was 48. 2% and six months,one year,two-year survival rates were 89. 6% ,55. 2% ,31. 0%. Conclusion Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with systemic chemotherapy is an important means of treatment of liver metastatic tumors,lesions can be reduced to alleviate symptoms and prolong life,improve quality of life.
