电针治疗肝硬化患者胃动力障碍

目的为探讨电针对肝硬化患者胃动力障碍的疗效。方法42例肝硬化患者随机分为药物组19例和电针组23例。药物组口服吗丁啉10mg,3次/d;电针组选择足三里、中脘、内关、百会等穴位行电针治疗,1次/d,40min/次;两组均治疗2周,按照GSRS法进行消化不良症状评分,观察症状积分改变。结果治疗后两组症状积分均见下降,电针组总有效率91%,而药物组总有效率68%。结论电针治疗能有效改善肝硬化患者的胃动力障碍,其疗效优于传统促动力药物吗丁啉,不良反应轻微。

Electro-acupucture in the treatment of gastric motility dysfunction of patients with liver cirrhosis

Objective To probe into the curative effects of electro-acupuncture on the gastric motility dysfunction of liver cirrhosis.Methods 42 cases of liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group(n=23) and control group(n=19),the electro-acupuncture group received electral acupuncture at Zusanli, Zhongwan, Neiguan, Baihui points and the control group were administrated by domperidone 10 mg,3 times per day both groups for 2 weeks. The cumulative scores of dyspepsia with Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS)were conducted. The therapeutic effects of both groups were compared.Result The total effective rate of symptoms was 91.30% in the electro-acupuncture group and 68.42%in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Electral acupuncture can promote and coordinate the patients' gastrointestinal motility,the therapeutic effect is superior to that of domperidone and the adverse reations are gentle.
