| 摘 要： | 借助血栓弹力仪对24例脑血栓患者急性期检测表明,有15例符合实验室诊断高凝状态的标准,其中8例用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗,余7例用复方丹参注射液作为对照组,结果显示,前者抗高凝状态的疗效优于后者.

| Abstract: | Twenty-four patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were examined by thrombelastograph,among them 15 cases met the laboratory diagnostic critena for hypercoagulable state.Of the 15 cases,eight were treated with Agkistrodon halys- autithrombotic enzyme,while the remaining with Ingecto salvia Miltiorrhial composita as con- trol.The results showed that the therape,utic effects of the former against hypercoagulable state were better than those of the latter. |
