老年男性2型糖尿病患者性腺激素与高血压的关系

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清性激素水平与胰岛素、血脂及高血压的关系。方法用放射免疫法测定70例2型糖尿病患者血清雄激素(T)、雌激素(E2),对照组为50例健康男性。结果男性T2DM患者E2/T比值明显较对照组增高,P<0.05;E2较正常组略高,T呈下降趋势;T2DM合并高血压患者血清E2水平明显低于血压正常的T2DM组,E2/T仍高于血压正常组;有高血压患者胰岛素、总胆固醇明显高于血压正常组。结论T2DM男性患者存在明显的性激素异常、脂代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗,性激素紊乱可能参与糖尿病合并高血压的形成。

Relationgships of sex hormone levels in older adult men with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension

Objective] To study the relationgships of insulin and lipids and hypertension. Methods] Mensurate serum testosterone and estradiol of 70 cases type 2 diabetes mellitus and of 50 cases normal men were tested with radiation and immunity technologies. Results] The ratios of estradiol and testosterone of type 2 diabetes mullitus were increased compared with normal group (P <0.05). Estradiol levels of type 2 diabetes mullitus with hypertension were higher than normal group, but testosterone levels were descended; estradiol levels of type 2 diabetes with hypertension were lower than those with normal blood pressure, but the ratios of estradiol and testosterone were higher. The levels of insulin and cholesterol of type 2 diabetes mullitus with hypertension were significantly higher than those with normal pressure. Conclusions] The men with 2 type diabetes mullitus had significant abnormity and turbulence of lipids and insulin resistance. Turbulence of hormone may be participated in the form of diabetes mullitus with hypertension.
