| 摘 要： | 饮食调整是一种吞咽困难康复常用而又重要的干预手段。根据电视X线透视吞咽功能研究／改良吞钡造影，可以明确患者能够适应的固体／液体食物种类、适宜的每口摄入量和吞咽时有效的姿势调整方法，以确定安全、有效的吞咽困难饮食调整策略，尽量保证经口进食，促进患者吞咽功能的康复。

| Abstract: | Diet modification is a common and important approach for dysphagia rehabilitation. Categories of foods/liquids, suitable volumes per swallow, and effective methods of posture adjustment can be selected through Video Fluoroscopic Swallowing Study (VFSS)/Modified Barium Swallow (MBS), to determine a safe and valid strategy of diet modification. Diet modification based on VFSS/MBS will ensure eating ability and promote swallowing function in dysphagia patients to the greatest extent. |
