摘    要:应用兔大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)局灶脑缺血模型,将实验动物随机分成4组:对照组C、脑缺血后2h、4h、24h(I_2、I_4、I_(21))组。放射免疫法测定脑组织和血浆中强啡肽(Dynorphin,Dyn)含量的时相变化,同时测脑组织H_2O、Na~+含量。结果发现MCAO后脑组织和血浆Dyn含量显增,且随时相递增,并与脑组织H_2O、Na~+变化呈正相关,提示Dyn可能参与脑缺血、脑水肿的发生发展。

Abstract:By using the rabbit model of middle cerebral artery occlusion, experimental animals were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group and 2h, 4h, 24h groups after cerebral ischemia. Contents of Dyn A1-13 in brain tissue and plasma were determined by RIA, contents of H2O and Na+ in brain tissue were also measured. It was found that they were significantly increased compared to control and they changed much more with the delay of the cerebral is-chemic time. There were positive correlations between Dyn A1-13 and H2O, Na+. These results suggested that the increased contents of Dyn A1-13 after cerebral ischemia might be associated with the development of cerebral ischemic edema.
