葛根素对2型糖尿病大鼠的肾脏保护作用

目的研究葛根素对糖尿病大鼠的肾脏保护作用。方法 SD大鼠分为正常对照组、糖尿病组、糖尿病大鼠葛根素干预组。以高糖高脂饮食及小剂量连脲佐菌素(30mg/kg)制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型。24周后检测Ⅳ型胶原的蛋白表达。结果Ⅳ型胶原的表达在糖尿病组大鼠显著高于正常对照组,治疗组较糖尿病组明显下降。结论在2型糖尿病大鼠中,葛根素可降低Ⅳ型胶原的表达,延缓糖尿病肾病的发生。

Protective effect of perarin on rats with type 2 diabetic nephropathy

Aim To evaluate the protective of effect of puerarin on rats with type 2 diabetic glomerulopathy. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group （ group A）,diabetes group （group B）, diabetes group intervented with puerarin （group C）. The type 2 diabetic rat model was made by high-sucrose-high-fat diet and a low dose of STZ （30mg/kg） was injected to them. The level of collagen Ⅳ protein were measured by immunhistological staining 24 weeks after experiment. Results In the diabetic rats ,the level of collagen Ⅳ protein was increased significantly than that of the control group. The level of collagen Ⅳ protein expressed in C group was decresed significantly than that of B group . Conchlsion Puerarin may possesses the effect of inhibiting expression of collagen Ⅳ protein and delaying the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy in the rats.
