心电图正常的冠心病心绞痛患者冠状动脉造影分析

目的 了解心电图正常的冠心病心绞而患者冠状动脉造影特点，以提高临床诊断水平。方法 对116例住院病人进行冠脉造影并对结果进行分析。结果 冠脉造影显示单支病变40例(44．9％)，其中轻度狭窄33例(83．5％)；2～3支病变49例(55．1％)，共中左主干病变2例；多支病变以前降支和右冠多见，有血管狭窄相对应部位41例(83.7％)。结论 心电图正常的冠心病心绞痛患者，其2～3支病变与血管狭窄部位相互对应相关；单支病变与血管狭窄程度较轻、侧支循环较好有关。

Analysis of coronary angiography in patients with angina pectoris and normal ECG

Objective To in vestigate the characteristics of coronary angiography of patients suffering from angina pectoris with normal ECG.Methods The data of 116 inpatients who had had angina pectoris and in whom selective coronary angiography had been performed were summarized and analyzed .Results Angiography showed single-vessel lesion in 40 patients (44.9%),33(83.5%)of this group had mild narrowing.Double or triple-vessel diseases were found in 49 patients(55.1%),left main stem stenosis in 2 patients.The anterior descending branch and the right coronary artery were mainly involved.41 cases(83.7%) were found stenosis in opposite positions.Conclusion The normal ECG may be due to opposite positions of 2-3 narrowing vessels in the patients with angina pectoris suffering from multi-vessel lesions or mild stenosis and good collateral circulation in the patients suffering from single-vessel lesion.
