| 摘 要： | 用四株不同分离来源的艰难梭菌免疫家兔制备的抗血清,经索氏梭菌吸收后混合成多价抗血清,通过间接荧光抗体法,对从138份腹泻标本中分离出的10株艰难梭菌进行快速鉴定并对其特异性及敏感性进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The specificity and sensitivity of polyantiserum identifying Clostridium difficile were studied by indirect fluorescent antibody test.Four C.dif- ficile strains were used as immunogens to prepare antisera.The four anti- sera absorbed by C.sordellii and the polyantiserum mixed by the four anti- sera respectively reacted to 10 C.difficiIe strains isolated from 138 feacal speccimens.The four monovalent antisera could not detect all of the 10 strains of C.difficile alone,but the polyantiserum strongly stained all of the isolates.Seven other Closlrdial strains and 2 strains from other species were all of negative reaction to the C.difficile polyantiserum indirect fluorescent antibody test. |
