摘    要:目的优选红景天提取液的精制工艺。方法采用正交设计法,以絮凝效果为指标,选择壳聚糖浓度、温度、搅拌速度、搅拌时间4个因素。以红景天苷和固体量保留率作为评价两种精制工艺的指标。结果壳聚糖絮凝法的最佳工艺为A2 B1C1D1,即药液中壳聚糖最佳用量为1g·L-1,于4 0℃下5 0r·min-1搅拌5min。壳聚糖絮凝法与醇沉法比较,溶液中红景天苷保留率分别为95 32 %、88 15 % ;固体物保留率分别为5 9 7%、6 3 0 %。结论壳聚糖絮凝法处理的溶液中红景天苷的保留率明显高于醇沉法处理的溶液,且两种工艺的固体量无显著性差异

Abstract:Objective To optimize the preparation procedures for the extracted Rhodiola rosea L.liquid.Method The orthogonal design was used to study the four factors in the liquid,including the concentration of the chitosan,temperature,mixing speed and mixing time,taking the flocculating effects as markers.Take the the retention rate of salidroside and the total amount of solid existing in the solution as markers to evaluate the flocculation and alcohol precipitation.Results The optimum chitosan flocculating method obtained was:A 2B 1C 1D 1.In the liquid,the concentration of chitosan is 0.1% and the liquid is mixed at 50 r·min~ -1 for 5 min at 4 0℃ .Comparing chitosan flocculating method with alcohol precipitation method,the retention rate of salidroside was 95.32%,88.15% and the total amount of solid existing in the solution was 59.7%,63.0%,respectively.Conclusion The retention rate of salidroside in the solution which is purified by chitosan flocculating method is far higher than that of alcohol precipitation method,and the total amount of the solid existing in the solution has no difference between the two methods.
