摘    要:本文用整体大鼠和猫隔离皮层,研究了东亚钳蝎毒抗癫痫肽(AEP)的抗癫痫作用机制。实验表明,AEP的抗癫痫作用依赖于单胺类神经递质的存在。

Abstract:The mechenism of antiepilepsy (AEP) purified from the venom of butbus martensii karscb was studied in unanesthetized rats and isolated cortex of unanesthethetized cats. It is suggested that the effect of AEP relies on the existence of mono-amino transmitters in brain.
