| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗性内镜逆行胆胰管造影(ERCP)在胆胰疾病治疗的价值。方法回顾分析131例胆胰疾病应用内镜乳头切开(EST)、内镜下放置鼻胆管引流(ENBD)及放置胆道内支架(ERBD)等治疗性ERCP的疗效。结果131例胆胰病人中，应用ERCP治疗成功116例，总成功率87．33％，并发症为9．16％。结论治疗性ERCP能有效安全治疗相关的胆胰疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of therapeutic ERCP in biliary tract and pancreatic diseases. Methods 131 cases with biliary tract and pancreatic diseases treated with endoscopic papillotomy and endoscopic naso-bi liary drainage and endoscopic biliary stenting were analysed retrospectively. Re sults 116 cases were cured. The cure rate was 87.33%, and the complication occu rrence was 9.16%. Conclusion The application of therapeutic ERCP in biliary tra ct and pancreatic diseases was effective and safe. |
