武汉市儿童少年贫血的调查研究

本文采用氰化高铁法,对武汉市区与近郊区的2099名4～17岁儿童少年作了贫血调查和有关因素的分析。经调查,儿童的贫血率达66.56％;男62.97％,女70.24％,差异有极显著意义。12岁后血红蛋白均值女低于男,而贫血率则男低于女。血红蛋白量与挑食儿童的百分比二者间呈明显的负相关。身体发育差的儿童贫血率明显较发育好者高。

Investigation of Anemia in Children and Adolescents in Wuhan

Hemoglobin was estimated with cyanmethaemoglobin method to investigate the incidence of anemia and related factors in 2,099 children and adolescents from 4 to 17 years of age in Wuhan city and suburban areas. We found that in children and adolescents the incidence of anemia reached 66.56%. There was statistically significant difference between males and females, the former 62.97% and the latter 70:24%. After the age of 12, there was significant difference between the sexes in both the mean of hemoglobin and the incidence of anemia, the mean of hemoglobin in females was lower than in males and the male's incidence of anemia was lower than female's.There was a high negative correlation between the concentration of hemoglobin and the percentage of children with personal dislike for some particular kinds of food. The incidence of anemia was remarkably higher in children and adolescents with poor physical development than those with good physical development.
