血管内支架内皮化研究进展

摘    要:血管内再狭窄是冠状动脉支架植入术存在的主要问题之一。细胞种植血管内支架表面,特别是内皮细胞,改善了血管内支架的功能,有效地防止再狭窄。本文对血管内皮细胞的作用及血管内皮细胞的来源、细胞与支架的黏附、基因修饰等几个方面的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Since the introduction of percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting, restenosis has remained the most challenging problem facing interventional cardiologist. Recently, evidences indicate that endothelial cell, especially endothelial stem cell planting stent might provide more insights. In this review several factors related to stent endothelialization are discussed.
