| 摘 要： | 目的：研究喉癌组织中Stat3及其靶基因Cyclin D1蛋白表达及两者的相关性。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法，研究喉癌组织中Stat3和Cyclin D1的表达情况，并且对Stat3表达的相关临床病理因素进行分析。结果：喉癌组织中Stat 3蛋白、Cyclin D1蛋白高表达，两者表达强度具有相关性（r=0．304，P〈0．01）。结论：喉癌中活化的Stat3可能通过促进靶基因Cyclin D1转录而发挥其促进癌变的作用。
