徐长卿地上部分与地下部分挥发油成分分析

摘    要:目的研究徐长卿药材地上部分与地下部分挥发油成分含量及其组成差异。方法采用挥发油提取器提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析挥发油成分。结果徐长卿地下部分挥发油成分种类要少于地上部分,但其丹皮酚与苯乙酮类成分含量要远远高于地上部分。结论徐长卿的主要有效部位是地下部分根及根茎。

Abstract:Objective To study the contents and constituents difference of the volatile oil from aerial parts and underground parts of Cynanchum paniculatum. Methods The volatile oil was extracted from Cynanehum panieulatum with extnator. The chemical components of the volatile oil were analyzed by GC - MS. Results The kinds of the volatile oil constituents in the underground parts were less than that in the aerial parts, but the contents of paeonol and acetophenone were higher than those in the aerial parts. Conclusion The main active parts of Cynanchum paniculatum were root and rhizome.
