摘    要:目的采用高效液相色谱法测定莲房中槲皮素的含量。方法色谱柱:Phenomenex-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(50∶50);检测波长:360 nm;流速:1 mL.min-1;柱温:30℃。结果槲皮素在0.204~2.040μg之间,线性关系良好,加样回收率99.44%,RSD=0.82%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确,具有很好的重现性和稳定性,可以用于莲房的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in receptaculum nelumbinis. Methods The separation was performed on Phenomenex- C18 Column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 um) with methanol -0.2% phosphoric acid (50:50 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL . min -1 , the detection wavelength was 360 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of quercetin was 0. 204 - 2. 040 ug ( r = 0. 999 7 ), the average recovery was 99.44% and the RSD was 0.82% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion This method was convenient, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility and stability, and it can be used for the quality control of receptaculum nelumbinis.
