Research progress on bioglass composites as bone substitute material for transplantation

Bioactive glass as one of the biological materials has been widely paid attention in the field of medicine due to its good biological activity, biocompatibility, good chemical and mechanical properties. Excellent bone substitute material for transplantation can be obtained by integrating bioactive glass with other materials, which has the broad application prospect. This article attempted to summarize the research progress of bioglass composites.
