| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胸椎间盘突出症的诊断和治疗方法，方法：对19例中央型、旁正中型、外侧型胸椎间盘突出症进行了椎板切除减压和椎体后外侧切除肋骨横突入路手术治疗，观察其疗效。结果：疗效令人满意，其中9例优，6例良，2例可，2例差，结论：后外侧切除肋骨横突入路对中央型胸椎间盘突出摘除彻底，而半椎板切除对外侧或软性胸椎间盘突出比较适宜。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and surgical management of symptomatic thoracic disc herniation.Methods:Nineteen patients with posterior,lateral posterior,or lateral type of thoracic disc herniation were operated on by posterolateral extrapleural approach and laminotomy approach.Results:The curative effect was satisfactory with 9 cases excellent,6 cases good,2 cases fair,and 2 cases poor.Conclusion:Posterolaeral extrapleural approach can extract the center type of herniated thoracic disc completely and laminotomy is appropriate for the lateral and soft type of thoracic disc herniation. |
