| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨茵栀黄联合光疗治疗母乳性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:治疗组56例在光疗、补液等常规治疗的同时给予静脉注射茵栀黄,对照组52例仅应用光疗、补液等常规治疗。结果:治疗组治愈时间短于对照组(P0.01),且日均胆红素下降值高于对照组(P0.01)。结论:茵栀黄联合光疗治疗母乳性黄疸能缩短光疗时间和快速降低血清胆红素。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To discuss the clinical effect on breast - feeding jaundice in newborn infant treated by Yinzhihuang injection and phototherapy. Method ： 56 cases in the treatment group were treated by Yinzhihuang injection intravenously on the basis of phototherapy and fluid replacement and, 52 cases in the control group were treated by phototherapy and fluid replacement. Results ： The curing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The decreasing value of bilirubin daily average in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Yinzhihuang injection united with phototherapy could decurtate phototherapy time and decrease serum bilirubin quickly in treating breast - feeding jaundice. |
