摘    要:RGD序列由精氨酸、甘氨酸和天冬氨酸组成,存在于多种细胞外基质中,可与11种整合素特异性结合,能有效地促进细胞对生物材料的粘附。将RGD序列固定于钛或钛合金种植体表面,可以促进成骨细胞对钛或钛合金表面的粘附,进一步促进种植体骨整合,提高种植义齿的成功率。RGD序列的空间结构、修饰密度、周围序列对其活性都有一定影响。本文就RGD序列的生物学效应和它在种植体骨整合中的应用及其影响因素作一综述。

Abstract:Arginine, glycin and aspastic acid make up of the RGD sequence, which is found in many extracellular matrix. About 11 integrins have been shown to bind to extracellular matrix molecules in a RGD dependent manner. RGD effectively improved the adhesion of cells to biomaterials. To immobilize the RGD sequence onto titanium material implant surfaces can promote the adhesion of osteoblast to titanium material surfaces, further improve implant osseointegration, and increase success rate of implant. The space structure, density and ambient sequence of RGD play roles in activity of RGD. This paper reviewed the biological effect, application and influence factors in implant osseointegration.
