| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p53蛋白在涎腺良恶性肿瘤中的表达和意义。方法选取手术切除的涎腺肿瘤组织标本36例，采用免疫组织化学方法检测多形性腺瘤、腺样囊性癌中p53蛋白的表达。结果p53在涎腺良恶性肿瘤中的表达差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；p53的表达与临床分期及是否区域或远处转移有关，而与肿瘤大小、部位无关。结论p53蛋白表达在涎腺肿瘤的发生、发展中起着重要作用。p53可作为判断涎腺肿瘤生物学行为及预后的指标。
