| 摘 要： | 目的 减少误诊 ,提高乳腺结核的正确诊断率。方法 对被误诊的 9例经手术病理证实为乳腺结核的病人进行回顾性分析。结果 9例中误诊为乳腺癌 5例 ,乳腺慢性炎症 1例 ,乳腺脓肿 1例 ,乳腺增生 1例 ,乳腺纤维腺瘤 1例。结论 检查方法及投照位置不当 ,缺乏扎实的基础知识 ,缺乏经验是导致误诊的原因

| Abstract: | Objective To decrease misdiagnosis and to improve the correct diagnostic rate of mammary tuberculosis .Methods 9 cases of mammary tuberculosis proved by operation and pathology misdiagnosed as other diseases were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 9 cases,5 cases were misdiagnosed as mammary cancer,1 case as chronic mammary inflammation,1 case as mammary abcess,1 case as mammary hyperplasia,1 case as mammary fibroadenoma.Conclusion The reasons leading to misdiagnosis are unsuitable methods of examinations,lack of solid basic knowledge,and lack of experience. |
