| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自体血注射法造成大鼠脑出血（ICH）的血液流变学的变化。方法：采用自体尾静脉血注入法诱导大鼠脑出血模型。将60只SPF级SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组，分别对各组大鼠血液采用LBY-N6A血流变测试仪检测。结果：模型组与空白组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：自体血注射法造成大鼠脑出血模型，通过空白组和模型组对血液流变学的比较．证明造模方法的可靠性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study on blood rheology of intracerebral hemorrhage rats with autoblood injection method. Methods: Brain hemorrhage model rats were established by autoblood injection method. 60 rats were randomly divided into blank group and model group. Rattish blood was detected by LBY-N6A test instrument. Results: There was significant deviation between model group and blank group (P<0.05). Conclusion: It was proved that autoblood injection method was reliable. |
