社区综合防治对骨质疏松性腰背痛的效果评价

目的探讨社区综合防治对骨质疏松性腰背痛人群的影响。方法 2007年1月—2011年1月骨质疏松性腰背痛患者140例,随机分成两组各70例,干预组予以抗骨质疏松治疗和进行系统腰背肌锻炼,并利用社区卫生服务中心开展健康教育;对照组不进行综合干预,仅定期随访。结果两组患者在Oswestry功能障碍指数、腰背肌力、疼痛加重次数、新发椎体骨折等方面比较干预组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论对骨质疏松性腰背痛患者进行社区综合防治可以缓解腰背疼痛,改善其生活质量,减少椎体骨折的发生。

Evaluation on community- based comprehensive prevention and treatment for osteoporotic spinal pain

Objective To discuss the effect of community-based comprehensive prevention and treatment for osteoporotic spinal pain.Methods From January 2007 to January 2011,140 cases with osteoporotic spinal pain were randomly divided into two groups： intervention group and control group,70 cases for each.Anti-osteoporotic treatment was given to the intervention group,as well as systemic exercise for lower back muscles,and health education based on community center.The control group received no intervention,only regular follow-up visits.Results Significant difference was found between the two groups in Oswestry disability index,strength of back muscles,frequency of pain exacerbation and the occurrence of new vertebral fractures（P 0.05）,the intervention group was superior to the control group.Conclusions Community-based comprehensive prevention and treatment can alleviate back pain,improve the patients＇ quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of vertebral fracture.
