深圳市福田区梅亭社区居民健康干预结果调查

目的了解深圳市福田区梅亭社区居民在健康干预前后健康知识的知晓程度和健康行为的形成情况。方法 2011年12月对梅亭社区年满18周岁的居民采用机械抽样方法进行问卷调查,共调查892名,并与往年基线调查(干预前)结果相比较。结果梅亭社区居民在干预后健康知识平均知晓率为82.0%,较干预前的65.4%有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后男性健康知识平均知晓率为82.7%,比女性81.4%略高;女性健康行为平均形成率为81.0%,比男性79.2%高;户籍人群健康知识平均知晓率和健康行为平均形成率均比非户籍人群高。结论实施健康干预是提高社区居民健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率的有效方法。

A study of health intervention among Meiting community residents in Futian District of Shenzhen City

Objective To know about the status on basic health knowledge and behavior after health intervention among Meiting community residents in Futian District of Shenzhen City.Methods A sample of 892 adult residents was investigated by ques- tionnaire in Meiting community during December 2011 ,and then compared the results with the baseline survey results. Results The average rate of health knowledge and health behavior was improved significantly after intervention （P 〈 0.05 ）, from 65.4% to 82.0%.After intervention, males＇ basic health ＇knowledge ratio （82.7%）was slightly higher than females＇ （81.4% ） ;females＇ basic health behavior formation ratio（81.0%）was higher than males＇（79.2%）.The registered residents＇ basic health knowledge and behavior ratio were higher than the non-permanent residents.Conclusion Community health intervention is an effective method to improve the residents＇ health knowledge and health behavior formation ratio.
