柔肝健脾法治疗化疗药物肝损害的临床研究

目的从柔肝健脾立论,应用二白汤(白芍、炒白术、生甘草、茵陈、茯苓、当归、川芎、柴胡)治疗化疗药物肝损害。方法把按标准纳入的病例随机分为观察组与对照组,均行全身静脉化疗,对照组应用NS 100ml+谷胱甘肽1.8保肝治疗,观察组应用二白汤治疗。每化疗21天为一疗程,疗程结束后评价疗效。结果治疗前后中医证候疗效对比可以看出,柔肝健脾法可以改善肺癌及食管癌化疗患者的临床症状,通过治疗前后肝功能的变化可以看出,柔肝健脾法能降低药物性肝损害患者ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、TBil、DBil等肝功能指标,无任何毒、副作用。结论以柔肝健脾法治疗化疗药物肝损害,可取得较为满意的临床疗效。

On Chemotherapy -Induced Liver Injury Treated with the Method of Emolliating Liver and Invigorating Spleen

Objective To treat chemotherapy - induced liver injury with Erbai Decoction （ White Peony Root, baked At- ractylodes Rhizome, Liquorice Root, Virgate Wormwood Herb, Indian Bread, Chinese Angelica, Szechwan Lovage Rhizo- me, Chinese Thorowax Root） based on the method of smoothing liver and strengthening spleen. Methods All included cases were divided into observation group and control group randomly, both of which were given systemic chemotherapy. In addition, the observation group received 100ml physiocal saline plus Glutathione in a dose of 1.8 g protecting the liver, while the control group received Erbai Decoction. One treatment course was 21 days and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results Based on the comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy before and after treatment, the method of emoUiating liver and invigorating spleen could improve the clinical symptoms of lung cancer and esophagus cancer. It could be seen that through the changes of liver function before and after treatment, the method of emolliating liver and invigorating spleen could affect the indicators of liver function, such as ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, TBil and DBil, without showing any - toxic effects. Conclusion Treating chemotherapy -induced liver injury with Erbai Decoction has a good curative effect.
