202例脑性瘫痪儿童产前危险因素研究

目的筛查脑性瘫痪(cerebral palsy,CP)儿童产前危险因素。方法采用1∶2病例对照研究,选择2007年12月—2009年5月在黑龙江省小儿脑性瘫痪防治疗育中心就诊的CP儿童202例为病例组,选择同时期非CP且排除中枢神经系统疾病的儿童404名为对照组,通过问卷调查获取相关信息,采用Logistic回归分析筛查危险因素。结果单因素Logistic回归分析共36项因素有统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,CP产前危险因素有孕妇大学及以上学历、孕期使用移动或联通移动电话、孕期使用大理石厨台做饭等11项(均P0.05),另筛查出保护因素为采用剖宫产方式分娩。结论产前危险因素与CP发生关系密切,普及孕产期保健知识、加强孕产妇健康管理是减少CP发生的重要措施。

Prenatal risk factors for cerebral palsy in children: A study of 202 cases

Objective To screen prenatal risk factors of children with cerebral palsy(CP).Methods With a compare and contrast study of 1∶2 matched case and control,202 children with CP who were treated in Heilongjiang CP prevention and treatment center from December 2007 to May 2009 were chosen as case group.404 children without CP in the same period were chosen as control group.Questionnaire survey was used to access relevant information,using conditions Logistic regression analysis screening risk factors.Results The single factor of Logistic regression analysis conditions 36 items were statistically significant factors.The multivariate Logistic regression analysis screening out CP prenatal risk factors(all P < 0.05),which were mother’s college degree or above,pregnancy by using the signal strong China Mobile or Unicom mobile phone,pregnancy used marble kitchen sets cooking and other 11 factors,and the protection factor for cesarean delivery mode was screened out as well.Conclusion There are close relationship between prenatal risk factors and CP.Health care knowledge education and strengthen the health management are important ways to reduce CP pregnant women.
