丙戊酸镁对精神分裂症兴奋激越行为的辅助疗效观察

目的探讨丙戊酸镁联用阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症兴奋激越行为的临床疗效和安全性。方法将60例伴有兴奋激越行为的精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,研究组口服丙戊酸镁和阿立哌唑,对照组单用阿立哌唑,观察8周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果研究组PANSS评分(包括兴奋症状分和攻击因子分)改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应明显低于对照组,且程度轻(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸镁联用阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症兴奋激越行为疗效肯定,安全性高,依从性好。

On the auxiliary therapeutic effect of magnesium valproate for schizophrenia with aggressive behavior

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of magnesium valproate combined with aripiprazole for aggressive behaviors in schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 schizophrenia patients with aggressive behaviors were randomly divided into two groups： study group and control group,30 patients for each.Magnesium valproate combined with aripiprazole was given to the study group for oral administration,while Aripiprazole alone to the control group.Both groups were observed for 8 weeks.Positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS）,and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） were used to assess clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results The study group showed more improvement on PANSS（including excitement factor and aggressive factor）（P0.05）,and had fewer adverse reactions（P0.05） than the control group.Conclusions Magnesium valproate combined with aripiprazole is effective and safe for aggressive behavior in schizophrenia,with better patient compliance.
