健康教育路径在体外受精胚胎移植中的作用

目的探讨健康教育路径在体外受精胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中的作用。方法将435例IVF-ET患者按确诊时间顺序分为对照组和实验组,对照组按照常规护理方法实施健康教育,实验组采用"IVF-ET患者健康教育路径表"实施健康教育护理。结果治疗后两组患者焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、对护理工作满意度、护理缺陷发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组妊娠率为51.47%,实验组妊娠率为62.65%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组发生6例护理缺陷,实验组为零缺陷。对照组发生1例卵巢扭转,实验组无并发症发生。结论根据IVF-ET患者制定并实施的健康教育路径,可有效减轻IVF-ET治疗妇女的焦虑程度,提升患者信任度,提高护理质量,减少护理操作失误,对提高妊娠成功率有重要作用。

Health education pathway in patients receiving in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

Objective To investigate the role of health education pathway in patients receiving in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods 420 patients receiving IVF-ET were divided into experimental group(212 cases) and control group(223 cases) based on their time of diagnosis.Regular health education methods were given to the control group,while health education pathway to the experimental group.Results After treatment,there was significant difference between the groups in SAS score,satisfaction with nursing job and incidence of nursing defect(all P<0.05).The pregnancy rate was 51.47% in the control group and 62.65% in the experimental group,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).There were 6 cases of nursing defect in the control group and none in the experimental group.One case was found to have ovarian torsion in the control group,no complications in the experimental group.Conclusions Application of health education pathway can effectively reduce the anxiety in women receiving IVF-ET,improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of nursing errors.Therefore,it is propitious to promote the clinical pregnancy rate.
