| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在围术期实施系统的整体护理对行鼻内镜手术患者的影响。方法对180例患慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉等疾病行鼻内镜手术的患者进行术前护理、术中配合、术后护理、出院指导、出院后随访等多个环节进行观察研究。结果治愈178例，好转2例，术后6个月随访无复发，疗效满意。结论在鼻内镜手术围术期提供系统的整体护理是提高手术治愈率的重要环节，与手术同等重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the the effect of perioperative holistic nursing on the patients undergoing nasal endoscopic operation. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with chronic sinusitis or nasal polypsis patients and undergoing nasal endoscopic operation were observed and discussed perioperative holistic nursing. Resuits One hundred and seventy-eight cases were healed and 2 cases were improved. All patients did not recur in six months after operation. Conclusion The perioperative holistic nursing is an important method to rise the curative rate of nasal endoscopic operation. |
