醒脑静注射液辅助治疗化脓性脑膜炎患儿观察

目的：观察醒脑静注射液联合头孢曲松治疗化脓性脑膜炎患儿的疗效。方法：100例化脓性脑膜炎患儿随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组予常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用醒脑静注射液0.4-0.6ml·kg-1·d-1。两组疗程均为3 d。比较两组体温正常、外周血及脑脊液WBC计数正常时间与住院时间,以及两组患儿治疗前后血及脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平变化,评价两组临床疗效,比较并发症及随访6个月后的后遗症发生情况。结果：与对照组相比,观察组体温正常时间和脑脊液WBC计数正常时间均明显缩短（P〈0.05）,血清及脑脊液TNF-α含量下降更显著（P〈0.05）,观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。其余指标两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：醒脑静注射液辅助治疗化脓性脑膜炎能有效改善患儿症状,纠正炎症因子异常,临床疗效高,值得临床推广。

Adjunctive Therapy on Children with Purulent Meningitis by Xingnaojing Injections

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Xingnaojing injections combined with ceftriaxone in the adjunctive therapy of children with purulent meningitis. Methods： Totally 100 cases of children with purulent meningitis were randomly divided into the control group （50 cases） and the treatment group （50 cases）. The control group only received conventional treatment, the treatment group was additionally given Xingnaojing injectiorts 0.4-0. 6 ml · kg-1 · d-1, and the treatment course was 3 days. The average time of normal temperature, the time of normal WBC counts in blood and cerebrospinal fluid and the length of stay in the two groups were compared, the levels of TNF-a and CRP in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in the two groups were alse compared, and the clinical efficacy, complications and sequel after a-month follow-up of the two groups were studied as well. Results： Compared with those in the control group, the average time of normal temperature and normal WBC counts in cerebrospinal fluid was shorter in the treatment group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the levels of TNF-a and CRP in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were decreased greatly（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the clinical efficiency was higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and there were no significant differences in the other indices between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion： Xingnaojing injections combined with conventional treatment show good adjunctive effects on pundent meningitis, which is worthy of wide clinical use.
