C反应蛋白检测在呼吸道感染中的应用的研究进展

呼吸道感染性疾病是呼吸科病原体病毒、细菌侵入呼吸道病变,发作反复,临床小儿较为常见,影响生长发育。C-反应蛋白是当机体出现炎性反应或受到各种损伤后由肝脏合成的一种急性时相的反应蛋白,为国内外公认的最敏感炎性指标之一。呼吸道感染中应用C反应蛋白检测,对于临床区分病毒、细菌感染,病情的检测有重要的参考价值。本研究检索国内外文献,综述呼吸道感染中应用C反应蛋白检测,以期临床各位同仁参考。

Research Progress of C-reactive Protein Testing in the Application of Respiratory Tract Infections

Respiratory tract infection is a kind of respiratory viruses, bacteria invades the respiratory disease, episodes repeatedly. It commonly occurs in children and affects their growths and developments. CRP is an acute phase reaction protein synthesized by the liver after inflammatory reactions or injuries. It is universally recognized as one of the most sensitive inflammotary indicators at home and abroad. Application of CRP detection in RTI has important reference values in differentiating viruses and bactieria infections and detection of illness condition. This study through searching literatures at ome and abroad summarizes applications of CRP detection in RTI to offer references for clinical colleagues.
