乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理

目的：探讨乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理方法。方法：对56例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理中,重点加强血糖监测,饮食控制,切口管理,同时重视心理护理,早期指导患侧上肢功能锻炼并做好出院指导。结果：通过上述护理,提高手术成功率,使患者康复快,并发症少。结论：良好有效的护理干预能促进乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者尽早康复。

Perioperative Nursing for the Patients with Breast Cancer Combined with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective：To probe into the perioperative nursing method for the patients with breast cancer combined with diabetes mellitus.Method：During the perioperative nursing for 56 cases patients with breast cancer combined with diabetes mellitus,the key nursing measures were as follows：Strengthening the monitoring of blood sugar,diet control,incision management,paying attention to the psychological nursing and making guidance for the early functional training on affected upper limb and guidance when left the hospital.Result：After the above-mentioned nursing measures had been made,the successful rate of operation was improved with the rapid recovery of patients and less complications.Conclusion：The sound and effective nursing interference can facilitate the early recovery of the patients with breast cancer combined with diabetes mellitus.
