胃肠术后行早期肠内营养42例效果观察

目的：探讨胃肠术后行早期肠内营养的效果。方法：将81例胃肠术后患者随机分为实验组42例和对照组39例，实验组术后24h给予早期肠内营养，对照组术后第3～11天给予肠外营养支持。观察并比较两组患者的营养指标、并发症、术后肠道通气时间、住院天数等。结果：实验组术后第7、12天前白蛋白和纤维连接蛋白均高于对照组（P〈0．05），并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05），切1：2甲级愈合率高于对照组（P〈0．05），术后肠道通气时间和住院天数均少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：胃肠术后行早期肠内营养切实可行，肠功能恢复快，并发症少，安全可靠。

Observation of the effect of early enteral nutrition on 42 patients with gastrointestinal surgery
