| 摘 要： | 目的:为贵重动物类中药材的真伪鉴别提供科学的依据。方法:用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)测定人工牛黄、鹿蹄筋、蝮蛇、乌梢蛇、金钱白花蛇及其伪品的主要蛋白质分子量。结果:获得清晰的电泳谱带及相应数据。结论:方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可为蛇类药材、人工牛黄、鹿蹄筋及其制剂的生产、质量控制提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective: To offer scientific basis of distinguish precious animal TCM. Method: Molecular weights of the proteins were measured by modified sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE).Results: The bands were always quite distict.Conclusion: The method is accurate,reliable and with good reproducibility.It can supply reference datas on quality control and preparation produce of snakes,Calculus Bovis and Cervus. |
