| 摘 要： | 目的观察血塞通注射液对老年冠心病的治疗作用.方法以该所离休老干部和家属为研究对象,分为血塞通治疗组(58例)和对照组(34例),观察时间为10天1个疗程,观察指标为临床症状、心电图和血脂.结果与对照组相比,血塞通组心电图和血脂谱有明显改善(P＜0.05),临床症状改善两组无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论血塞通注射液对老年冠心病有显著治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of Xuesaitong injections on senile coronary heart disease ( CHD) . Methods: Retired veteran cadres and their relations in our unit were enrolled in this study. They were divied into Xuesaitong treatment group (58 cases) and control group ( Salvia Miltiorrhi-za Compound Injections and Venoruton, 34 cases). Follow-up time was 10 days per period of treatment. The symptoms, ECG, serum cholesterol and triglyceride before and after treatment were compared. Results :ECG and serum lipids were significantly improved in Xuesaitong treatment group (P <0.05) , compared with control group, while no significant differences were observed in clinical symptoms ( P > 0.05). Conclusion: Xuesaitong injections have therapeutic effects on senile CHD. |
