| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同药物对浙贝母生物碱含量的影响。方法：采用比色法及薄层扫描法测定。结果：在与不同药物的配伍中，浙贝母与桔梗配伍水提得到的总生物碱、贝母素甲及贝母素乙的含量最高，与三棱、红花，甘草配伍水提得量次之，而与三棱配伍水提量最低。结论：不同药物配伍对浙贝母生物碱的含量有影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare influence of different drugs to the quantities of alkaloids of Bulbus Fritillariae thunbergii . Methods: Use the determination of colorimetry and TLC scanning. Results: Among the groups of Bulbus Fritillariae thungbergii combined with other herbs, the quantities of alkaloids, peimine and peiminime are the highest in which with Radix Platycodi , and then are higher in which with Radix Platycodi Flos carthami, Rhizoma sparganii, Radix platycodi Flos carthami and are the lowest in which with Radix Platycodi Flos carthami . Conclusion:Differenent group drugs effect on alkaloids contents. |
