机动卫勤分队战备工作管理系统的开发与应用

目的：加强军队医院机动卫勤分队的信息化建设，提高机动卫勤分队战备工作管理的自动化水平和保障能力．方法：根据医院几年来战备训练工作实践体会，以“军区机动卫勤分队管理系统”为基础，利用有线局域网络技术．采用VB汇编程序实现卫勤分队以及战备库各类数据的共享和管理。增加适应机动卫勤分队战备管理工作需要的功能模块。结果：该系统经过机动卫勤分队多方应用．使管理工作更加规范化．更具有科学性．有效地提高了人员和物资管理的效率。结论：该战备工作管理系统符合当前医院机动卫勤分队信息化管理的使用要求，进一步完善了机动卫勤分队的信息化管理．为科学的决策和管理提供了一个方便快捷的平台，

Development and Application of War Preparedness Management System for Mobile Medical Service Units

Objective To obtain informatization of the mobile medical service units, and gift them with enhanced war preparedness management. Methods Based on previous experience on war preparedness, data sharing ＆ management in the mobile medical service units and war preparedness depots were implemented with Management System for Mobile Medical Service Unit of Military Region, wired LAN technology and VB assembly program. The functional modules were created to satisfy the requirements of war preparedness of mobile medical service units, Results The system, when applied in mobile medical service units, could enhance the efficiency of personnel ＆ material management. Concluaion Management System for Mobile Medical Service Unit of Military Region makes the informatized management of mobile medical units realized.
